We are our own temples. No matter how bad a situation is, if our mind is strong and unwavering, we can overcome the challenge.
Our thoughts control our actions. To decrease unwholesome actions, we should control the thoughts or “stimulations” that will increase the incidences.
Been waking up 30min before every morning to meditate. Haven’t been very successful with stray thoughts filling my mind as I try somewhat in vain to do so. It was good during the meditation retreat but have since back-slided with all the work and stress. Hopefully, I’ll be able to regain my “former glory”.
